Here are some examples of coping behaviour:

• Having an authentic and true vision of life and values

• Discovering or rediscovering one’s spirituality

• Living in the present

• Consolidating conjugal and family relationships

• Building better lines of communication between family members

• Being more open in one’s dealings with others
